Designed by Ernest Conrad of Landmark Facilities Group and constructed in 1995-1996, the 10,000 square foot building, has a free-standing mezzanine of 7,000 square feet. The HVAC system is comprised of Trane computerized controls, air handlers, filters and air conditioners, a Raypak boiler and a DriStreem humidifier. The system is engineered to precisely maintain a constant environment 24 hours a day – year round. Set points are 67 degrees Fahrenheit at 45% relative humidity. Motion, smoke and heat detectors, electric eyes and magnetic breaks, bring our insurance rating to UL grade A. Naglee Fine Arts employs a full-time Warehouse Supervisor.
